Michelle Obama BDAY

Today is Michelle Obama’s birthday. The next First Lady of the United States turns 45.




She will spend the day with her husband and children, and the V.P.-elect and his family, aboard their Amtrak trek from Philadelphia to D.C. On the way, they plan to stop in Wilmington, Del., and Baltimore.

On CNN yesterday, the President-elect said he celebrated his wife’s birthday early.

“We actually had a little birthday party last night,” Obama said, referring to the couple's dinner on Thursday night at Thursday night dinner at Equinox restaurant.


“If you're going to miss it, better miss it earlier than miss it late," he joked.
