DMX FALLOW UP NOT LOOKING GOOD

DMX, who's currently incarcerated, faces new charges after he reportedly threw a tray of food at a Maricopa County detention officer.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was rebooked on aggravated assault charges Wednesday.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio says Simmons became upset Sunday after being told he could not have a dinner meal he took from a serving tray. Arpaio says Simmons then threw the tray and its contents at an officer, who wasn't injured.

Simmons has been on a bread and water diet as punishment for an earlier jail violation.

The 38-year-old rapper is serving a 90-day jail sentence after pleading guilty to felony charges of theft, drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty on Dec. 30.

Talking with my mom this evening made me realize alot of things you know were we come from what we have been threw still never prepairs us for what is to come you know somethings about me people dont know is that when i was young i was molested by my baby siter she was female but the simple fact of killing my inosince is the main thing you know when i told my mom this after 15 or so years of holding this in she started to cry cus as a parent you never want to here of anything bad happing to your kids but at the same token we must take what we know and grow dont look back on it as a crutch use to push forward there alot of thing about me that no one knows maybe threw out time i will be able to tell them so that others can learn and grow from it as we say in my fam if you fall rise.
